Senior Model Contract & Application
As a student senior representative of Christy Ladd Photography , you will receive a 1 hour portrait session, over a $275 value, for $150! You get an online proofing gallery of 10 images showcasing a variety of poses which you can share with all of your friends. Your classmates will receive a 10% discount off their portrait orders, or they can use the 10% discount towards the session cost if they desire. Only 1-5 Seniors will be chosen each year.
Your Photo Session
Your session will be at the location/s of my choice during the season of my choice. This is ment to show as many styles as possible. Don't forget to mention your hobbies and interests both in and out of school. I always want to hype up your vibe! Please remember to bring your class ring, Letter jacket, uniforms, etc. If there is a particular look you are going for, please bring any items you wish to achieve it, which we can discuss before your session date.
After Your Session
I will reach out to you and give you the download link to your images. Your ONE job, SHARE and PROMOTE! :)
Promotion
Please show your photos to everyone! Some of your friends will like certain styles and others will like something different. This is why variety is key! When choosing your outfits, bring them to your pre-session meeting (or photos of the looks you would like to incorporate) and I will help you choose items that will go together perfectly! While posting your images, remember to tell your friends to consider Christy Ladd Photography for their Senior portrait experience!
When your asked about cost, just refer them to me- Just stress the fact that they will get what they pay for.
Remind them that it is critical that they mention your name to me during the booking process!! This is my way of knowing your doing a good job representing me and evaluating the effectiveness of the Rep program.
In order to be a Senior Rep, you must:
Have great style, lots of personality and enjoy being in front of the camera
Be a current Senior, Graduating the school year of the session
Live in Pampa Texas or surrounding areas within a 45 mile radius
Be available for your photo sessions on the days of my choosing
Agree to tell your friends and classmates about Christy Ladd Photography and share your senior portraits and your experience with them
Have your parent or legal guardian agree to the terms and sign a model release form
Agree to represent ONLY Christy Ladd Photography and use my images as your ONLY Senior photos
(It would just be crazy for you to pay someone after I give my time to you)
As part of my senior rep program you will receive the following:
One discounted Photo sessions with up to 3-4 clothing changes. Several locations may be used.
The opportunity to earn print credits for every person you refer to use Christy Ladd Photography for their senior portraits
Several of my favorite photos as low-resolution files to share on social media sites.
To earn another session (second session) you must have at least 3 referrals that book with session deposit paid before you can claim your next session! Extra sessions are limited to 3 per school year.
Referral Discounts
1-3 Referrals - 10% off print order & $15 print credit
4-6 Referrals - 10% off print order & $25 print credit
7-9 Referrals - 10% off print order & $50 print credit
10-12 Referrals - 10% off print order & $75 print credit
13+ Referrals - 10% off print order & $100 print credit
When your referrals book a session and pay their deposit, you will receiive the above mentioned discounts according to the amount of referrals you bring in. These referrals can include anyone who books the following session:
Senior Session
The deadline for your referral benefits are before May 31st of the Graduating Year.
All referred classmates will receive a 10% discount off their session or print cost, but must mention your name to validate the offer.
Terms & Conditions
Parents and/or legal guardians of the Senior Model must sign a model release, allowing me to use your images for advertising purposes. Credits will only be issued when referred Senior's session is complete and all fees are paid in a timely manor by the referred Senior. The program is first come, first serve, so act fast if you are interested.
Other photographers the Senior may not use while representing Christy Ladd Photography, do NOT include any school affiliated photo shoot.
Seniors are able to cancel their Model agreement with a 30 day notice. At this time, the Senior will lose all discounts and credits for any referrals made, and has the opportunity to place a full cost order to retain images from any sessions with Photographer.
